Which web browser can I use?

Any of the following web browsers work with UCare: IE 7 (PC) or Firefox 2 (Mac, PC, or Linux).

Is my data safe?

Our servers are housed in a secure, state-of-the-art data center. Your data is also remotley backed-up every night just in case of disaster.

How much does UCare cost?

It's free for the first 3 months. After that we will invoice you based on how many people you have added to UCare. Every month you will be charged $3 plus 10¢ for every person you add to UCare. So for example if you have added 100 people then we will charge you $13 for the next month.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. UCare is charged on a month by month basis and you can cancel at any time.

How do I pay?

We will not send you an invoice until 2 weeks before the trial finishes, and then every month after that. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept POs, checks, or invoices to be paid at a later date. We do email a "PAID" invoice each time you are billed.
